What Claude can do with Sasha
After you connect Claude to Sasha (Connect Claude to your Sasha), Claude can work with your knowledge. What Claude can do depends on your role and on what you allowed when you connected. Claude never has more access than you have in Sasha. See Who can do what in Sasha.
- Search and read your knowledge. Every role. Claude finds and reads documents in the projects that you can reach. For an example, see Find what we already know about a topic, with sources.
- Run recipes. Every role. Sasha recipes are in the prompt menu of Claude. Pick a recipe and fill in the topic.
- Run skills. Admin and staff only, and only the skills that are offered to Claude. See Do the same task the same way each time with a skill.
- Read meeting transcripts. Admin and staff only. Claude can read the transcript of a live or recent meeting. A saved transcript is an ordinary document, so a member with access to the project can read it too.
- Use apps. Every role, for the apps that you have access to. Each change to an app's records needs your confirmation. See Use and manage apps built on your knowledge.
- Write documents. Members only, and only if your Sasha is set up to allow it. A member writes in their own home and in the shared projects where they have write access. A member cannot delete documents in a shared project.
