Connect Claude to your Sasha
What you get
Claude can search your organisation's knowledge in Sasha and run Sasha recipes, such as Find what we already know about a topic, with sources. For everything that Claude can do with Sasha, see What Claude can do with Sasha.
Connect
In Sasha, open Settings, then the Connections tab, and select Connect Claude. Claude opens in a new tab, ready to add Sasha as a custom connector, with the name and address already filled in.
To add the connector by hand instead, open Settings in Claude, then Connectors, and add a custom connector. Name it Sasha. For the address, use your Sasha address followed by
/mcp, for examplehttps://sasha.example.com/mcp.Add the connector, then connect to it from Claude. Claude opens a Sasha page that asks you to connect Claude to Sasha. The page lists what Claude will be able to do.
On the same page, enter your Sasha username and password. If your Sasha account uses a two-factor code, enter the code from your authenticator app too.
Select Allow. If the connection will have fewer permissions than the page first listed, Sasha usually then shows a shorter list. Enter your password again (and a new two-factor code if you use one), and select Allow.
Sasha returns you to Claude, and Claude shows Sasha as connected.
If Sasha says that your account cannot connect apps, ask your Sasha administrator.
What Claude can reach
Claude works with the access you approve on the consent screen. It reaches only the projects you can reach in Sasha. For what each role can do and what a connection can reach, see Who can do what in Sasha. For what Sasha holds, see What Sasha is and what Sasha holds.
Questions
Does Claude see more than I can see in Sasha?
No. Claude works with the access you approve when you connect, and never more than you have in Sasha.
Can I disconnect later?
Yes. Remove the connector in Claude. An admin or staff account can also remove Claude in Sasha under Settings, then Connections. Members cannot open Settings, so a member removes the connector in Claude. To stop a member's access for certain, an admin changes the member's grants or deletes the account.
