Project Agent

The Project Agent does the routine work of a project manager. It finds your projects, keeps each plan, and says each week what is late, at risk or waiting.

Status: planned. The Project Agent will be a ready-made template in Agent Creator.

The Project Agent does the routine work of a project manager. It reads everything Sasha knows, finds your projects by itself, and each week tells you which projects are on track, at risk or late, and why.

What it answers

  • Which projects are on track, at risk or late? Why?
  • Which actions agreed in meetings are past their date, or have no owner?
  • Which decisions are waiting, and on whom?
  • What new risks appeared this week?
  • How far has each project moved from the plan that was agreed?

What you get

  • One email each week. The portfolio first ("2 projects: 1 at risk, 1 not complete"), then each project, then at most three things to do.
  • A page for each project in Sasha: the plan as a Gantt chart, the risk register, the open actions and the decisions that are waiting.
  • Draft chase messages for overdue actions. The agent never sends them. You read them, change them and send them.

Where it looks

Everything Sasha knows and every source that is connected: your meeting records, your documents and project folders, and your task tool (for example Asana, Jira, Linear or Notion), read-only. It looks for project data itself. You do not have to register each project.

The agent reads only the Sasha projects that an admin lets it read. A project that it cannot read shows as not read, never as on track.

The plan and the baseline

The Project Agent proposes a plan for each project from what it read. Each date is labelled:

  • Confirmed: from your task tool, or confirmed by the project owner.
  • Estimated: inferred by the agent, with the sentence it came from.

When the owner confirms the plan, it becomes the baseline, kept in the agent's notebook. After that, each week says how far each date has moved: "the full report moved from 30 October to 9 November".

Example Gantt chart: Harbour Foods depot network reviewSeven rows from August to November 2026. Solid bars are confirmed dates, dashed bars are estimated. The end date moved from 30 October to 9 November. Two actions are overdue on 12 October.Harbour Foods depot network reviewExample. Its reading list

The Project Agent starts with a short reading list of methods: planning against a baseline, managing by exception, risk ownership and lightweight agile working. While it runs, it suggests new sources and methods, and you choose which to add. See How agents learn.
