Finance Agent
The Finance Agent tells you what your business spent, by product, what moved or broke a budget, and which payments failed or are late.
Status: available now.
The Finance Agent looks after your costs. Each month it reads your bills, checks the figures, splits them by product and sends one short email with the answer and at most three things to do.
What it answers
- What did we spend this period, by product?
- What moved, broke a budget or looks wrong?
- Which payments failed or are late?
What you get
- One email each period. It starts with the answer, for example "September 2026 cost: 4,210.00 GBP", then the cost per product and at most three things to do. Each one has a request that you can paste into Sasha.
- A page in Sasha. The trend, the history, the brief and the actions that wait for a decision.
- A brief that you control. Your products, your accounts, your owners and your thresholds, in plain words. Ask Sasha to change it, or edit it yourself.
What it needs
- Your cloud bill, connected read-only.
- Optional: card payments (for example Stripe, one or more accounts) and other sources.
The agent gives value with one source connected. Each source you add makes the report more complete. When a source is missing, the email says "Not complete" and tells you how to fix it.
How it stays safe
- It only reads. It does not pay or change anything.
- When it wants to do something, the request waits in Held items until a person approves or dismisses it.
- Tested scripts do the sums. A figure that Sasha could not read shows as "not read", never as zero.
Example
Northwind Advisory has two products, Advisory and Training. Its Finance Agent reports: "September 2026 cost: 4,210.00 GBP. Advisory 2,338.89 GBP (2,000.00 direct + 338.89 shared), Training 1,871.11 GBP (1,600.00 direct + 271.11 shared)." Then it gives the next steps.
