Sasha and ChatGPT, the difference
How Sasha differs from a general AI assistant such as ChatGPT. Sasha answers from your organisation's own knowledge and names its sources.
Sasha is a private AI knowledge base for your organisation. A general AI assistant, such as ChatGPT, answers from what it learned from the whole internet. Sasha answers from what your organisation knows.
| A general AI assistant | Sasha | |
|---|---|---|
| Where answers come from | The whole internet | Your documents, meeting records, connected drives and the records your apps keep |
| Sources | General knowledge | Names the document behind each claim |
| When your knowledge has nothing on a topic | Answers from general knowledge | Says so |
| Where it runs | The provider's service | Your own Sasha instance, in your own cloud account or hosted for you |
Sasha searches only the projects that you are allowed to reach.
Sasha also runs packaged skills, such as preparing a meeting brief or summarising a meeting. You can use Sasha from Claude, with the same access that you have in Sasha.
